Hoy escuchaba -7/8/19-, un programa de la Radio de la Universidad Nacional de Córdoba, y la locutora hace referencia: a lo que le sucedió el fin de semana a dos familiares directos – Tucumanos ellos, y jóvenes- que a pesar de tener las visas reglamentarias exigidas por las autoridades norteamericanas, volaban de Argentina a California con escala en Dallas, en ese Aeropuerto NO llegaron a hacer migraciones, los “estaban esperando” la guardia fronteriza e inmediatamente los detuvieron, incomunicaron y los enviaron a Argentina, inmediatamente me recordó que está Argentina que con el actual gobierno decidió tener una relación “especial” con USA, y denominada por Juan TOKATLIAN como el: UNILATERALISMO PERIFÉRICO CONCESIVO, que evidentemente no se ve reflejado en tratamiento igualitario entre ciudadanos de ambos estados. Y también me recordó que el Aeropuerto de Ezeiza está también bajo “vigilancia” del FBI según nos informo Patricia Bullrich. Quizás de está dura forma los argentinos nos demos cuenta de la triste realidad de miles de inmigrantes latinoamericanos que sufren de la mano de las autoridades estadounidenses.
Esta Breve introducción, quiere dirigirse hacia algo que generalmente no se habla en los medios o solo son tocados cuando ocurren hechos aberrantes como los crímenes masivos cometidos por supremacistas norteamericanos contra minorías -Latinas especialmente-, que cada dia que pasan son menos minorías -como es el caso de los hispanos parlantes 58.000.000 en USA, y que de ellos ⅔ son nacidos en el mismo EEUU-.
Un miembro de este colectivo, Dossier Geopolitico el Coronel Carlos Pissolito, escribió hace pocos días: “Ataques de lobos solitarios, muros fronterizos, vigilantes, inmigración ilegal, pandillas, narcotráfico, tráfico de armas. ¿Están los EEUU camino a una guerra civil?” y también nos direccionó a un artículo del Prof. William Lind (Un profesor que escribe sobre: Tradicionalismo en un mundo cambiante). que tradujo con el Titulo: EEUU: ¿Una nueva Guerra de Secesión? [1]
Pues bien, es interesante las apreciaciones de Lind sobre el actual momento de la “Unión” Americana, lo escribió en abril del 2019 después de una visita al sur profundo norteamericano:……”sus enemigos le han dado al presidente un maravilloso regalo…..Los estadounidenses nativos han llegado, en muchos lugares, a sentirse extraños en su propio país”…….lo más fuerte es:…”un sentimiento cada vez más fuerte de que somos nosotros contra ellos. “Nosotros” es la gente promedio que trabaja para vivir, que sigue las reglas, que va a la iglesia los domingos y que trata de ser un buen padre, madre o un buen vecino. «Ellos» son una mezcla de las élites que desprecian a las personas promedio con los negros y con los inmigrantes que viven de los pagos de impuestos de los trabajadores estadounidenses, mientras cometen delitos violentos y al 1% globalista que se enriquece con la explotación de los empleos de la gente promedio.”……lo más fuerte, en caso que pierda Trump las elecciones con un demócrata de izquierdas para ellos:……”no creo que se acepte este resultado, no cuando un presidente radicalmente demócrata de izquierda comience a abrir las fronteras, convirtiendo a la Casa Blanca en una capilla para casamientos LGBTQ y deje salir a millones de delincuentes negros de la cárcel mientras les den su voto. En ese punto, habrá una rebelión.”
Y para no atosigar al lector dice Lind también, desde una postura tradicionalista blanca anglosajona protestante:…”La herencia legal de este país es anglosajona, no romana. La ley consuetudinaria es muy importante. El precedente se ha establecido en ambos casos, cuanto en que la anulación es legal y que el gobierno federal no las ha reclamado para sí. La izquierda ha establecido los precedentes, pero la derecha puede usarlos. ¿Qué sucede si Texas responde a la apertura de las fronteras enviando a su Guardia Nacional y a voluntarios civiles para que la vuelvan a cerrar? ¿Qué pasa si Carolina del Sur rechaza las órdenes federales de liberar a los prisioneros? Una Corte Suprema en sintonía con la interpretación en lugar de crear leyes se enfrentaría con precedentes conflictivos.”
Bien esto que está saliendo a la luz en esto días por las crisis de los actos repudiables como fueron los crímenes cometidos por supremacistas blancos anglosajones protestantes de los últimos días ; es lo que nos debe llevar a entender de este profundo cambio que está ocurriendo en la sociedad norteamericana y que conversando con el Dr. Miguel Barrios, nos recordó los trabajos de el último Samuel Huntington -aquel del “Choque de Civilizaciones”-, pero su último libro fue: Quienes somos? Los desafíos a la identidad Estadounidense [2]. Y que nos involucra directamente a los latinoamericanos e hispanos parlantes como que afectamos el Ethos fundacional del estado Norteamericano, que reitero que es WASP (Blanco, Anglosajón Protestante) “La identidad estadounidense estaría en crisis -según Huntington- debido a la confluencia de cuatro factores: la desaparición de la amenaza que para su seguridad nacional representaba la Unión Soviética; el auge de las ideologías multiculturalistas, que minan la legitimidad de la identidad cultural común; el impacto de la tercera gran oleada migratoria, que comenzó a llegar en los años 60 y, a diferencia de las anteriores, no era básicamente europea, sino latinoamericana y asiática, y mantiene un mucho mayor contacto con sus países de origen; y finalmente el hecho de que casi la mitad de los inmigrantes de esta tercera oleada hablan una misma lengua, el español, lo que plantea la posibilidad de que los EE.UU. lleguen a ser bilingöes. Y para más información sobre este tema de la crisis de los WASP, el diario New York Times publicó un artículo, ayer: El terrorismo de los supremacistas blancos se esparce igual que el terrorismo del Estado Islámico [3] y dice:……”Muchos académicos especializados en el estudio del terrorismo ven semejanzas preocupantes entre el ascenso del Estado Islámico y el del terrorismo nacionalista blanco, que se vio más recientemente en una masacre en El Paso, Texas. “Los paralelismos son impresionantes”, dijo Will McCants, experto destacado en este campo académico. Esas similitudes se han vuelto más notorias con cada nuevo atentado. Los expertos dicen que las semejanzas no son coincidencia. El terrorismo de nacionalistas blancos está siguiendo un trayecto escalofriantemente parecido al del yihadismo del Estado Islámico, tanto así que ayuda a explicar por qué los atentados han crecido repentinamente en frecuencia y en mortandad….Max Fisher.
Todo esto nos debe hacer reflexionar y concluir, no en forma de una reacción simplista ante esta nueva realidad que ocurre en los Estados Unidos que también ocurre en la Vieja Europa.
Lo primero que deben reconocer los norteamericanos que los cambios actuales en la demografía y en la sociedad estadounidense empezó con la derrota de EEUU en Vietnam. Donde quedo claro el quiebre social por la participación desproporcionada demográficamente hablando de los efectivos militares rasos: negros y latinos en porcentajes superiores a lo que representaba en el plano nacional esas minorías, y de los establishment que evitaban ser incorporados a las filas como fue el caso del expresidente Clinton. Y que se fueron profundizando con las aventuras militares posteriores en Medio Oriente y Asia donde la presencia latina en las filas de las FFAA se incrementó notoriamente.
Y segundo de esa fallida aventura militar en Vietnam fue que se introdujo y socializo el uso masivo de estupefacientes en EEUU (siempre es digno recordar que EEUU con el 5% de la población mundial, consume el 80% de la producción de drogas incluidas las creadas en laboratorios o diseño).
También es correcto que en los 60 empezó una nueva oleada de migrantes en EEUU, en especial Latinoamericanos y asiáticos, con fuerte apego a sus tradiciones culturales y religiosas y países de origen, y que además, se posicionaron rápidamente en todo los campos de la sociedad tanto socialmente económicamente, como intelectualmente y últimamente políticamente.
Todo estos cambios se podían asimilar en una sociedad que por un alto desarrollo económico científico que los contenía a todos y disimulaba las diferencias, el punto fue que la globalización que en principio no era para afectar a las sociedades centrales o del primer mundo supuestamente permitiría una convivencia y asimilación armónica. Pero algo falló…..la crisis profunda también llegó a los Países centrales y con ello saltaron las crisis dormidas u ocultas y los cambios que se habían instalados para bien o mal, y entonces ahora tenemos estos nuevos fenómenos de terrorismo criminal de blancos que ya se los veía venir pues durante las dos administraciones del Presidente “negro” Obama en la sociedad estadounidense se dispararon las formaciones de los grupos paramilitares llamados así mismo como grupos: “patrióticos” según registros del FBI y agencias de Inteligencias norteamericanas con fuerte armamento y capacitación cuasi militar [4] y [5].
Ahora esos grupos terroristas tienen en el lado oscuro de la Internet un lugar donde encontrarse aglutinarse y prepararse para atacar despiadadamente tal como ocurrió con los últimos ataque a lugares de latinos en USA. Pero además como comenta el Prof. Lind va mucho más allá de simple grupos con insatisfacciones básicas sino que cuestionan seriamente al Estado Federal y ello va demostrando la gravedad de los tiempos que también se avecinan al interior de USA, quizás la decadencia norteamericana no deberemos buscarla en un avance de las potencias euroasiática -importante- y más buscarla en una crisis interna más profunda de la que los “expertos” y los grandes medios no comentan pero que está presente y es profunda y grave dentro de la misma sociedad norteamericana. Y que no lo solucionará simplemente reprimiendo
Corren tiempos de subordinación de las Américas a una Nueva Doctrina Monroe para el siglo XXI por decisión unilateral y voluntaria de nuestros dirigentes políticos,
Estos estan viendo esta realidad de USA?

Today (-7/8/19) I listened to a program of the Radio of the National University of Córdoba, and the announcer refers to something that happened to two direct family members over the weekend , that despite having the regulatory visas required by the US authorities, flew from Argentina to California with a stopover in Dallas, and at that airport they did NOT pass throght to migrations office, they were «being waited» by the border guard and that immediately stopped them, that held them incommunicated ,and went sent back to Argentina
This immediately reminded me that Argentina that with its current government decided to have a “special” relationship with the USA, named by Juan TOKATLIAN as the: CONCESSIVE PERIPHERAL UNILATERALISM, which obviously is not reflected in equal treatment between citizens of both states
And this also reminded me that Ezeiza Airport is also under «surveillance» of the FBI as Patricia Bullrich informed us. Perhaps in this hard way we Argentines realize the sad reality of thousands of Latin American immigrants who suffer from the hand of the US authorities.
This Brief Introduction, wants to address something that is generally not spoken in the media or is only mentioned when aberrant acts occur such as the mass crimes committed by US supremacists against minorities -Latinas especially-, that every day that passes are less minorities -as is the case of 58,000,000 Spanish speakers in the USA, and of them ⅔ are born in the same US.
A member of this collective, Dossier Geopolitico, Colonel Carlos Pissolito wrote a few days ago: “Attacks of lonely wolves, border walls, guards, illegal immigration, gangs, drug trafficking, arms trafficking. Is the US on the road to a civil war? ”And that also directed us to an article by Prof. William Lind (Traditionalism in a changing world). which was translated with the Title: «USA: A new War of Secession?» [1]
Well, Lind’s insights about the current moment of the American “Union” are interesting, he wrote it in April 2019 after a visit to the deep North American south:
«Native Americans have come, in many places, to feel strange in their own country…… there is an increasingly strong feeling that we are against them. “We” are the average people who work to live, who follow the rules, who go to church on Sundays and who try to be a good father, mother or a good neighbor…
«They» are a mixture of elites who despise average people with blacks and with immigrants who live off the tax payments of American workers, while committing violent crimes and the 1% globalist who enriches himself with the exploitation of the jobs of the average people… …… the strongest thing, in case Trump loses the elections with a left-wing democrat for them, will be: …… ”I do not believe that this result is accepted, not when a radically democratic president of Left begins to open the borders, turning the White House into a chapel for LGBTQ marriages and letting millions of black criminals out of jail while giving them their vote. At that point, there will be a rebellion. ”
And so as not to overwhelm the reader, Lind also says, from an Anglo-Saxon white traditionalist posture, Protestant maintains:
”The legal heritage of this country is Anglo-Saxon, not Roman. Customary law is very important. The precedent has been established in both cases, in that the annulment is legal and that the federal government has not claimed them for itself. The left has set the precedents, but the right can use them...What would happen if Texas responded to the opening of the borders by sending its National Guard and civilian volunteers to close it again? What would happen if South Carolina rejected federal orders to release prisoners? A Supreme Court in tune with the interpretation instead of creating laws would face conflicting precedents. ”
although this is coming to light in these days because of the crises of repudiable acts such as the crimes committed by white Protestant Anglo-Saxon supremacists of the last days; It is what should lead us to understand this profound change that is happening in American society and that, conversing with Dr. Miguel Barrios, reminded us of the works of Samuel Huntington (the author of “Clash of Civilizations”) but his last book was: Who are we? The challenges to American identity [2]. And that directly involves Latin Americans and Hispanic speakers.

“Many academics specializing in the study of terrorism see worrying similarities between the rise of the Islamic State and that of white nationalist terrorism, which was most recently seen in a massacre in El Paso, Texas. «

All this should make us reflect and conclude, not in the form of a simplistic reaction to this new reality that occurs in the United States that also occurs in Old Europe.
The first thing that Americans must recognize that the current changes in demography and in American society began with the defeat of the US in Vietnam. Where it is clear the social breakdown by the demographic disproportionate participation speaking of the ordinary military forces: blacks and Latinos in percentages higher than what those minorities represented at the national level, and of the establishments that avoided being incorporated into the ranks as was the case of former President Clinton.
And that they deepened with the subsequent military adventures in the Middle East and Asia where the Latin presence in the ranks of the armed forces increased markedly.
And second of that failed military adventure in Vietnam was that the massive use of narcotics was introduced and socialized in the US (it is always worth remembering that the US with 5% of the world population consumes 80% of the production of drugs including those created in laboratories or design).
It is also correct to say that in the 60s a new wave of migrants began in the United States, especially Latin Americans and Asians, with strong attachment to their cultural and religious traditions and countries of origin, and that they also quickly positioned themselves throughout the fields of the society both socially economically, as intellectually and lately politically.
All these changes could be assimilated into a society that because of a high scientific economic development that contained them all and concealed the differences, the point was that globalization that in principle was not to affect central or first world societies would supposedly allow coexistence and harmonic assimilation.
But something failed… ..the deep crisis also reached the Central Countries and with it jumped the sleeping or hidden crises and the changes that had been installed for good or bad, and then now we have these new phenomena of criminal white terrorism that already they were seen coming because during the two administrations of President Obama in American society the formations of paramilitary groups called themselves as groups were triggered: «patriotic» according to FBI records and US intelligence agencies with strong weapons and quasi-military training [ 4] and [5].
Now these terrorist groups have a place on the dark side of the Internet where they find themselves clustering and preparing to attack mercilessly, as happened with the latest attacks on places of Latinos in the USA. But in addition, as Prof. Lind comments, it goes far beyond simple groups with basic dissatisfactions but seriously questions the Federal State and this demonstrates the seriousness of the times that are also approaching the interior of the United States, perhaps the American decline should not seek it in an advance of the Eurasian powers -important- and more to look for it in a deeper internal crisis than the “experts” and the mainstream media do not comment on but that is present and is deep and serious within the same American society. And that won’t solve it by simply repressing
These are times of subordination for the Americas that are heading towards a 21st century Neo Doctrine by unilateral and voluntary decision of our political leaders … Them… Are they seeing this reality of the USA?
